Professor Omoneye O. Olasanmi

Professor Omoneye O. Olasanmi is a Professor of Business Administration in the Department of Management and Accounting, Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Economics, an MBA, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Prof. Olasanmi’s academic and research expertise spans information and communication technology (ICT) in business, management information systems, e-commerce, human resource management, operations research, and organisational performance.

With over two decades of academic and professional experience, she has taught extensively at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has successfully supervised numerous MBA, M.Sc., and Ph.D. candidates. She has published widely in reputable local and international journals and has contributed to edited volumes and conference proceedings. Prof. Olasanmi has also served in various leadership and administrative roles within and outside the university. Her research continues to contribute significantly to understanding the role of ICT and digital technologies in enhancing organisational effectiveness and sustainable business practices.
