Dr. Idowu Emmanuel Olubodun
Dr. Idowu Emmanuel Olubodun is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria. He earned a PhD and M.Sc. degrees from University of Ilorin, Kwara State while his B.Sc. degree was obtained from University of Ado-Ekiti (now Ekiti State University). His research focus is characterized by high-impact scholarships in entrepreneurship, strategic management and business policy, and marketing, with publications in reputable local and international journals exploring critical socio-economic themes such as diaspora remittances, institutional linkages, and enterprise creation in emerging economies. Dr. Olubodun’s academic rigor is uniquely complemented by over a decade of multifaceted corporate experience across the Oil and Gas, Insurance, IT, Water Service, and Banking sectors. This practical background enriches his teaching and informs his supervision of both undergraduate and postgraduate theses. Dr. Olubodun remains a vital contributor to the development of business leadership and strategic thought within the West African academic landscape while fostering quality mentorship for the students.
