Dr. Enyioko Chilaka Onyekachi

Dr. Enyioko Chilaka Onyekachi is a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, specialising in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. His research focuses on organisational performance, entrepreneurial development, strategic management, workforce productivity, and marketing in emerging economies.
